Customers must respect silence between 23:00 and 07:00.

Smoking inside the apartment, in the elevator, and on the condominium stairs is prohibited, but it is allowed on the balcony.

Avoid generating noises that may disturb the tranquility of other condominium residents.

It is not allowed to remove or damage any objects in the apartment; in case of damage or theft, the responsible guest is required to compensate for the damages.

Do not use stoves, heaters, or other devices in the rooms that may cause harm to people or the structure.

It is forbidden to allow access to the apartment and rooms to unauthorized individuals, other than guests who are duly registered. For security and insurance reasons, every guest must register at check-in, providing personal information and presenting a valid identification document; such data are communicated by law to the competent authorities.

The facility managers disclaim all liability for any damage or theft caused by third parties; therefore, it is advisable not to leave valuables unattended.

A copy of the room and flat keys is given to guests, who are obliged to guard them carefully. In the event of loss or damage of the keys, a penalty shall be charged to the person responsible, the amount of which shall be determined according to the severity of the damage or, in the case of loss, to the costs incurred for the intervention of technicians to replace the lock.

The replacement of linens for the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom occurs with each change of customer.

The cleaning of the apartment is carried out before the arrival of each new customer.

Dear guests, in order to prevent damages, please turn off lights, water, gas, appliances, or other sources of energy when leaving the property.

Our facility has obtained authorization to operate as a Tourist Accommodation from Rome Capital - Department of Tourism, with protocol QA/2023/62479 dated 09/11/2023. This attests to our compliance with the regulations established by the Lazio Region and the Municipality of Rome, ensuring guests safe, suitable stays that meet their expectations, as required by the legislation.
